For McDonald's flagship, the senior menu director informed that there will be significant changes, which promise more flavor to the burger.

The iconic Big Mac is undergoing a makeover. According to the Journal, the iconic menu item will now feature two beef patties prepared in smaller batches to ensure new quality.

The renovation will feature a special sauce that has not been announced, combined with lettuce, cheese and pickles that promises to be a fresher and less dry sandwich.

The traditional sesame seed bun will be replaced by a buttery brioche, featuring sesame seeds distributed in a more curious way to give it a homemade aesthetic.

For now, the new burgers have initially been tested in Australia and are scheduled to launch in the US in early 2024.

The Journal reports that the West Coast and Midwest will be the first regions, among McDonald's 13,460 locations, to try the burger improvements.
