The model used is the 70-20-10, that is, 70% experience (hands-on), 20% mentoring and feedback, and 10% training. With this, the professional learns by doing, thus having greater freedom of growth and shaping the future of his career.
To participate in the selection process, you must meet the following requirements:
- Completion of graduation between December 2020 and December 2022;
- Be a graduate of any bachelor's or technologist course;
- Be open to moving to another city and/or state;
- Availability for constant travel;
- Interest in making a difference and contributing to the company's history.
